What a fun event! I definitely woke up a little sore on Sunday morning after this workout event on Saturday!

For our July brunch event, we did a sweat sesh plus healthy brunch and it was so good! The energy was positive and fun, and we had such a good time! Thank you to our event partners: Fabletics, Solidcore Preston Hollow, Vitality Bowls Dallas, and iCryo Preston Hollow! Want to join our next event? Sign up for our emails at TheBloggerBrunch.com!

OUTFITS

Fabletics provided our outfits, and I think the energy is next level when you are matching with 10 friends. I'm linking the outfit at the bottom of this post, but these are the "pure luxe" legging material and are my favorite leggings right now from Fabletics! We had tanks over our sports bras, but this "all day everyday" sports bra is my favorite! I have it in a floral pattern and love that the straps can be worn straight or clipped together in the back to work with racerback tanks, like we wore here. It was so fun to have ladies of all shapes and sizes with us because Fabletics is a size-inclusive brand, and everyone looked fantastic in their outfit! I have worn Fabletics for a few years now, and y'all know I workout a lot...their pieces have been so great, so I definitely recommend trying them!

THE WORKOUT

We started the event by changing into our new Fabletics outfits, and getting ready for our workout class! We took a Solidcore "Express" class - it's 30 minutes long and that was PLENTY! We were all feeling the burn! If you've ever taken a workout class with a friend, you know it's just more fun when you have someone to laugh with, make faces at when you don't think you can do any more reps, and cheer for when you're pushing through the pain! SO think about the energy we felt in a workout class with TEN friends! It was a blast!

I'm so proud of these ladies for crushing such a tough workout! Solidcore is a form of pilates done on a reformer machine, but they like to say it's "pilates on steroids," and I agree! If you've taken regular pilates on a reformed, you'll be familiar with some of the moves, but the Solidcore machine is HEAVY! Some of the moves were similar, but they were tough! If you're looking for a challenge or a new class to mix up your routine, I highly recommend it. They have a location in Preston Hollow at Walnut Hill/75 and one at Knox on McKinney Ave. Give it a shot! Gillian was our instructor and she was fantastic!

I definitely hopped off my machine a few times to grab some photos and videos, and I welcomed the break! ;)

FACIALS

After our Solidcore workout, the amazing team from iCryo Preston Hollow (next door to Solidcore!) came over and gave us Cryotherapy facials! They were essentially a cryotherapy "spot treatment" on the face that can help tighten and brighten skin, and reduce fine lines! I'm all for it! A typical cryo treatment would be a whole body treatment done in a cryotherapy chamber, so your whole body benefits. I have done cryotherapy quite a few times and like it a lot. The iCryo team was so knowledgable and it was fun to share cryo with all of the ladies!

BRUNCH

Next up: brunch! Thank goodness! We all worked up an appetite during our workout. I didn't want to do a heavy meal after a workout, and luckily we had the perfect fit just around the corner in Preston Hollow Village - Vitality Bowls! They have smoothies, bowls, wraps, juices, tons of healthier meal and snack choices, depending on what you're looking for. They have a few locations around DFW, but the Preston Hollow location was so great to work with! We pre-ordered our bowls before our workout, and they had them ready to go for us when we got there - what service! We were so thankful and I don't think I've ever taken photos of my food faster...I was ready to eat! I had the Dragon Bowl (bowl on the left in the below photo!), but everyone's bowls looked so good! I'm planning a midweek treat to go back and try a fun juice!

Thank you to all of our event partners and our amazing ladies who attended! This event made me so thankful to be able to move my body and for this amazing community of women! I'm ready to book another workout with friends!
